At X IT Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality IT services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund request. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

1. General Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances of each request.

2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 IT Support Services

For our ongoing IT support services (Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans), refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel within the first 30 days of service and are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a full refund of the current billing period.
  • After the initial 30-day period, refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

2.2 Project-Based Services

For project-based IT services (such as network setup, system implementation, etc.):

  • If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
  • If a project is canceled after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% may apply to cover administrative costs.

2.3 One-Time Consultations

For one-time consultation services:

  • Refunds are not available for completed consultation sessions.
  • If you need to reschedule a consultation, we require at least 24 hours notice.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically non-refundable once rendered:

  • Emergency support services
  • Services related to data recovery where attempts have been made
  • Custom software development after the requirements have been finalized
  • Hardware purchases (subject to manufacturer warranty)
  • Third-party software licenses and subscriptions

4. Refund Processing

4.1 How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Service Cancellation
